Jack and Keiko for Halloween

Keiko was Mira Nova of Star Command. She was Buzz Lightyear's sidekick in a cartoon.
Jack was Obi Wan Kenobi again this year. His costume still fit fine.
They had a great time posing for these pictures, even though it took some coaxing to get Jack to do it. Ultimately we just ended up with a few of him and they were all really far away.

Midori the Fashion Model

These weren't all of the pictures, but I would be here for a week trying to download all of them. I think these are the best ones.

More Midori

This next set is amazing. Midori is such a little fashion model. She kept posing and when Dan would stop taking pictures she would say "Take more pictures of me!". So he did.

Halloween Costumes

Dan took so many pictures and almost all of them were fabulous. I had to break up the posts because there are about 100 pictures and I have to pick the best ones.

Dori at home after Trick or Treating

The kis all went trick or treating and filled up their bags in no time flat. Keiko and Jack went out to trick or treat some more. Midori decided to stay home and help hand out the candy for the rest of the night... oh yeah, and eat some of her earnings.

Red Ribbon Parade

Today was the Red Ribbon Parade at Rasor Elementary. Keiko and Jack marched in it and Midori and I watched. These photos were taken with our old camera. I was only able to get one shot of Jack before he raced by. His class was much faster at marching than Keiko's as you can see.

Keiko Holding Devon

We went to open hockey with some of the kids from Jack's team. One of the other moms has a little 6-month old girl named Devon. The mom let Keiko hold her. Keiko held her for a looong time. She just stared at her and smiled and had a great time. Then Keiko and Midori drew a bunch of pictures for Devon.

Block Party

We had a busy weekend with two events. These are pictures of our neighborhood block party. We had just left our church's fall festival and went straight there. Jack was at a sleepover so he missed these festivities, but the girls had a blast. Keiko's hair is colored pink and Midori's is green, so you are not seeing things. It was one of the booths at church. As with any of the photos on the blog, you can click on them to view them larger.

This is the pumpkin painting booth.

Here Midori is sitting in a fire engine. The tire was taller than her.

Hoola hooping... well, trying anyway.

Plant from NY

Two summers ago my mother gave me a leaf off of one of her houseplants. I stuck it in the dirt and it stayed green for a long time, but did not grow. Then, just the other day it sprouted two new leaves. It looks like a mommy with twins. So here are pictures of my two new babies.

More from the Pumpkin Patch

The first part of this set of pictures were taken on a hayride.
