Small Wonders Picnic

This is the end of the year picnic at Midori's school, Small Wonders. It was a beautiful sunny day, so we watched them play outside in the playground before going into the classroom to eat. Here she is enjoying the event.

Suzanne's First Communion

Sunday Suzanne had her First Holy Communion. We went to her church in St. Louis Park and then to their house for cake. She looked so pretty in her dress and veil.

Mall of America

A few weeks ago I took the kids to the Mall of America with cousin Katie. They rode many rides and did a little shopping too.

Mother's Day

The kids made me breakfast in bed this morning; an english muffin, a Eggo waffle and a glass of juice. It was delicious. Midori even helped me eat it. Jack gave me a card with his picture, Keiko gave me some flower pens and Midori gave me a flower art project with a picture that she made at school. Then they took me outside before church to show me what they had made for me in the driveway last night. Daddy took some pictures of them hard at work.

A Week With Maurice

Midori's school assignment for this week was to bring this monkey home and play with it. Then we take some pictures and write a journal entry to let the other kids in class know what they did together.
































Maurice came home with us and rode around on Dudley's head. Then Midori let him play on her head too. Then he watched Midori have lunch and then played on the computer. Later we Maurice came with us in the car to pick up Jack and Keiko from school... Buckle up for safety.
