Midori's class did two performances today with two dances each. The had ballet first and then tap dance. She did really well. She was in the back row for both dances so it was hard to get good pictures, but I was able to capture a few.

Beautiful pictures, Kelly. Midori is exceptionally beautiful. Her hairdo must have been a subject of envey; no one else has that neat one here in the pictures. She like Keiko looks very serious in some pictures here. That is a good thing and blessing. I am glad to hear she had a good performance. Love, Mom
I think she was concentrating on her steps so much that she forgot to smile. She did all of the steps correctly and in time to the music. It was really fun to watch.
See, she is smart and a perfectionist. When people concentrate, they are in the mood of praying because that is the time to be able to bring the best out of them. Kim sent me a DVD called "Folds" about Origami art and science. It is an incredible documentary. I saw a Japanese Origami Master having a moment of prayer in front of a paper before he started folding. My children and grandchildren are just incredible in beauty and intellect, that brings me the Joy of Tidings. Love, Mom
