Today at Buck Hill the temperature was 1 deg F. Keiko wanted to go skiing, but the other kids decided to sit it out. It appears that most of Minnesota also decided to sit out. As you can see, Keiko pretty much had the slopes to herself... and me too.

Amazing Keiko in videos I see. She skies so well and couragous. I am so surprized that Keiko can ski so well! I have been thinking just like you said earlier "keep warm their TX memories". I like that very much for the children because they have now known the very contrasting temperatures and they have learned swimming and sking both excellently.
So did you ski down the hill after Keiko? You taught me that man has to be built in body and soul to be whole. I watched "President Regan" two nights ago and it impressed me the philosophy again and again.
Pray for the safe sking!
Love,
Mom
Yes, she is very good. The run that she did was one of the advanced runs at Buck Hill.
I skied down before her and stopped halfway down. Then I started the camera and waved to her. After she got to the bottom I skied the rest of the way down.
We really enjoyed having the hills all to ourselves. It wasn't too cold because we dressed appropriately and had hand warmers in our gloves.
Thank you for your comments and prayers.
Keiko showed me how to zoom using her camera this morning, so I think we'll try videoing again next time we go there.
That would be nice.
You must be a good skier too though I never knew that before. Kim is an artist, you are sport woman, both are discovering some "new good" on yourself. It has been done because you have become independent and free from anything "old" like me.
God bless,
Mom
