School Pictures

Fall pictures have arrived. Jack as usual looks like a politician. Keiko and Midori are just so darn cute. I didn't order too many extras, but if you want one, just let me know and I can still order them online.

Soccer Pictures

Keiko and Jack both had games right after these pictures were taken and they both won their games. They're each having a great season. Jack is enjoying it so much he wants to do it again in the spring. Keiko, of course, will play in the spring too.

Jack's First Soccer Game... in 7 years

So it's been a while since Jack played on a soccer team. He played his first game this weekend with his new team and had a blast. We could hear him laughing and see him smiling from the sidelines. One of the parents on Jack's team took these great pictures. Jack is number 11 in blue.

First Day of School

I can't believe it! Midori is a Kindergartener! This morning was a little teary and a little stressful, but we pulled through... Midori was fine too. She had her orientation this morning where her teacher, Ms. Thomas, introduced us to the classroom and all of the new students. Then we had a lesson on bus safety. We went for a ride on a school bus and walked the carpool line being very careful to stay in the yellow lines. It was all very exciting.

Jack's Fish

This fish is NOT the largest fish that Jack has caught this summer, but it is the first that I had my camera phone available to take a picture with. This fish is called a crappy. I know the name is funny, but the fish was cool.

Minnesota State Fair

Dan had the day off of work on Monday. We went to the Minnesota State Fair with his brother Tom and his two youngest, David and Maria. We all had a wonderful time. It was VERY hot, but the kids didn't mind. I guess all of those summers in Texas paid off.
